Kaplan College’s Stockton Campus to Host Graduation Ceremony Saturday
175 Students to Be Recognized
STOCKTON, Calif., March 27, 2010—The Kaplan College Stockton campus will hold a graduation ceremony on Saturday, March 27, for 175 students. The ceremony will take place at 3:30 p.m. at the Scottish Rite Temple at 33 W. Alpine, Stockton, Calif.
The Stockton-based campus will recognize students for earning either an associate degree or diploma in one of four programs in the allied health or criminal justice field. Upon graduation, students may be eligible for entry-level positions in their field of study. According to the Statewide California Occupational Projections, a report by the State of California Employment Development Department, Labor Market Information Division, dental assistant positions are expected to increase by 40 percent and medical assistant positions by 35.7 percent from 2006 to 2016.
Kaplan College’s Stockton campus is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). ACCSC is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the United States Department of Education.
