Kaplan College FORT WORTH hosts graduation FRIDAY
Ceremony to Recognize 170 Students
FORT WORTH, Texas, September 15, 2011— Kaplan College Fort Worth will hold a graduation on Friday, Sept. 16, for 170 students. The ceremony will take place at 7 p.m. at the Will Rogers Memorial Auditorium, 3401 W. Lancaster Ave.
The Fort Worth-based campus will recognize students for earning an associate degree in criminal justice or a diploma in dental assistant, medical assistant or medical office specialist.
“Texas continues to see growth in medical and dental positions, and education is the key to a successful career in these fields,” Paulette Gallerson, executive director of Kaplan College Fort Worth, said. “We are proud our graduates made the decision to continue their education and look forward to seeing their hard work pay off.”
According to the Texas Occupational Projections, a report by the Texas Workforce Commission, medical assistant positions will increase by 35 percent and dental assistant positions will increase by 34 percent between 2008 and 2018.
Kaplan College Fort Worth is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). ACCSC is listed as a recognized accrediting agency by the U.S. Department of Education.
